Hi, my name is Tomasz Furdal. I believe a smart home should make life easier, not add frustration. My journey to Home Assistant started with a passion for Linux, electronics, and practical problem-solving. Because of this, I help organize the system so it runs stably and makes sense in everyday use.

How does the collaboration work?
1) Request, initial assessment and quote
You describe the problem or goal. I check whether I can help and what information I need. Before any paid analysis or implementation begins, I confirm the proposed scope and cost.
2) Advice or hands-on work
If the issue can be resolved without access to your system, I analyse the materials you provide and send you written recommendations to implement yourself. If direct work in Home Assistant is required, we agree on a secure access method, usually a separate service account and, if necessary and with your consent, a remote-support tool. For a new installation, we first start the system and you create your own administrator account. I only make the agreed changes, we test the result, and you remove the service access when the work is complete.

Written advice
Analysis of a problem, help choosing devices, or planning a system expansion based on your description, photos, screenshots, or configuration excerpts. You receive clear written recommendations that you can implement yourself.
