Energy management and EV charging
One panel shows solar production, the home battery, the home, the grid and the EV charger, together with a smart tariff that adds an extra cheap charging slot. When the car charges in that slot, battery protection stops the home battery from supplying the car and restores the previous settings afterwards. The scenario runs through a whole day in about 90 seconds. Pick a stage, or switch protection off to see the difference. This is a demonstration with simulated data: the panel is not connected to Home Assistant.
